02 / HOW TO MAKE IT

Let's cook.

01

Blend tropical fruits

Start by popping the banana, apple, and pear into your blender. Toss in some ice cubes, the skyr, almost all of the coconut (save a big spoonful for later), and the spirulina. Next, use a fruit baller to scoop out 3 or 4 little balls of dragon fruit, setting them aside for topping. Add the rest of the dragon fruit to the blender and blend everything until it’s nice and smooth. Pour your smoothie into a bowl, then sprinkle the reserved dragon fruit balls and the leftover coconut on top. Enjoy!

03 / EXTRA DETAILS

Good to know.

Cook's tip

- Use frozen fruits to get a thick and icy texture without adding ice.
- Blend the base first, then add toppings last to keep them fresh and crunchy.
- Adjust sweetness with a little honey or maple syrup if needed.

Storage & leftovers

This bowl is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. If it thickens too much, stir in a splash of juice or milk before serving to loosen the texture.
